Yesterday, I took it for fun and stressed myself a lot , causing more absence seizures , did it damage my brain , please tell I am worried

Do you have history of epilepsy with absence seizures? If so, what is the type of epilepsy you have? Absence seizures do not cause ‘physical’ damage to the brain.
