I am suffering with abscess with since a month at the same place, its again and again coming same place, kindly help me in this.

Hi. Appropriate antibiotics are needed. If you were/are already on antibiotics and showing no improvement then we can consider resistance to that particular antibiotic. A pus culture sensitivity lab investigation would help for further management and appropriate treatment will be given to prevent recurrence.
