I've had an abrasion wound for a week. Another wound on a nearby area turned into a black scab but this one drained a lot of foul smelling pus. A scab formed but it accidently got ripped off. I've applied neospirin and the scab has formed again and no pus is leaking, but the scab doesn't seem to be too thick and is still reddish yellow.
