Hello doctors.. I am 10 weeks pregnent. Nausea and vomitting is there. Small amount of blood come when i vomitting. Is it normal or what?

Normally vomitings are common in 10wks Avoid too much retching Try to comfort urself , use medication, don’t keep ur stomach empty, take food properly for every 2 hrs, hydrate urself, reduce spicy food, try these measures
