Physical Findings: I observed small, clear, bubble-like droplets inside the completely empty syringe barrel before any medication was drawn into it. Query: Are these droplets consistent with the medical-grade silicone lubricant applied by manufacturers to ensure smooth plunger movement in new, sterile syringes? I am concerned about the risk of needle reuse, although no blood or fluid residue was visible. I am very tensed. is any chance if hiv or not
