Age 20 My urine flow rate is 4 ml per sec as per uroflowmetry and i am feeling pain from scrotum to anus and urge to urinate ,frequent  urination ,sometimes scrotum pain ..kindly suggest cause of thiss or which disease is related to following symptoms pls tell 2 or 3 diseases name from your experience

It would be better if you would post photo of Uroflow, as you don’t know which parameters are important to interpret. And please consult properly so doctor can also ask relevant questions that is necessary to make a diagnosis not just by limited information given by you.
