About stresscom tablet for depression

Good morning sir/mam. I am suffering from depression and panic attack due to my father's death and relationships breakup recently. I am also worry in small small body symptoms and very sensitive person. One doctor prescribed me stresscom capsules for stress which contains Ashwagandha 300mg. Can you please tell me is there any side effects of Ashwagandha is taken in summer season. Because in North India temperature goes high. Please tell me because i am so much worried should I take or not???

You can take StressComTablet one tablet twice daily after food.. It's a good medicine for stress issues. Do breathing exercises regularly for reducing your stress level.
