About sleeping problem

My psychiatrist prescribed me to take fluvoxin CR 50 (2 tablets daily1-0-1) I've been taking it for last 4 days now It is causing sleeping trouble,I can't sleep early at night Can I take 5 meletonin strip before sleep to help me sleep?

Noooo Don't ......just trying to sleep.... In starting it will be there but with time sleeping problem will go . Do some physical exercises so that you get tired and sleep. Don't use your phone when you go to sleep swing off your tv also. Read a book on bed you will get sleep. Keep your self hydrated. Have a balanced diet.
