I am 15 weeks pregnant now,(Bicornuate uterus).Cervix-3.8cm. Should i need to put cervical stitch or can i use vaginal spray alone. Plz give me a clear idea. If so, in which month or week i have to put stitch or spray?...Which one is best and safe for me?

It's better to go for both. Instead of spray you can use Progesterone injections weekly. That's cheaper. Cervical stitch after 16weeks recommended. Take care All the best !
