Bicornuate uterus & cyst. Working well.

I have bicornuate unicollis uterus.and i am also detected with endometriosis cyst(choclete cyst) in my left ovary(replaced the left ovary).unable to concieve from last 1 year i m trying.i had gone for laproscopy also but it was not successful.doctor confirmed that my uterus is into two parts.out of which one part is sealed.doctprs were unable to remove my cyst and also failed to do hesteroscopy.however my right ovary is working well.also i was operated in my childhood , as i was having a solid cyst type structure in my stomach, and my rite kidney was also removed as it was dysfunctional.now they suggested me to first go for follecular monitoring and then will go further.kindly help me out,as i m very tensed.i first wanted to know what is my exact problem and also if i can ever get pregnant. and also the procedure of my treatment.
