Hi please tell me can I rest at 45 degree with back cushion support(teka) post cervical cerclage? It's nearly 2 months I had emergency cerclage n now 23 weeks pregnant . My cervix length is 2.8cm n low lying placenta (posterior) at 21 weeks anamoly scan. My doctor told complete bed rest except while having food n bathroom etc. I am doing that. But post food I am very uncomfortable to sleep n causes acidity n gastric n bloating. Just asking for sometime can I lie down like 45 degree position ? Ll it build pressure on cervix ? Pls confirm
