I had dry sex no insertion no intercourse on 7 March with my boyfriend, in doubt I took unwanted 72 within 24 hrs. I had cramps on next day of taking medicine nd today is 13 March I m getting cramps now also no discharge or withdrawal bleeding nd my legs are paining since then. I had irregular period before nd last 10 months it was normal before I was taking femilion tablet I left taking it 2 year ago. May I know everything is normal nd when I will get period or withdrawal bleeding.

Withdrawl bleeding is not mandatory. It's just a side effect of pill.
