Hello, Home remedies are not effective in such cases. You need to consult your Dentist to find out the cause, it’s mainly due to an ill fitting margin causing food lodgement resulting in pain.

If by fake teeth you mean dentures, then the denture may require adjustment. Please ask your treating dentist to do the same and you should feel better. You can use some OTC ointments meanwhile to reduce the discomfort. If the fake teeth are a multi-unit bridge, it may be due to infected gums or due to decay in the adjacent teeth. If the fake teeth are implants, the gun or the bone may be infected and would require immediate attention.
Next Steps
please contact your family dentist to further diagnose and treat the problem .
Health Tips
do not try delay your appointment and resort to home remedies alone as this may worsen the problem.
