I am getting nerve pain and tightness from neck to leg some times and having vitamin b12 deficiency my b12 is 12.85% and doctor suggested me to take 8 injections of optineuron is it safe to take at this age of 27 years.can u tell me the solution for this

Absolutely you can take vit B12 injection. It's to replenish the deficit. No harm in taking them.
