About my periods

My periods have lasted for more than 10 days from the past 2 months, in the starting it used to be just spotting and after 3-4 days the period cycle becomes normal for 4-5 days follow or blood normal then after that spotting again starts for a few days . This month my periods are not ending It's been 16 days now . What should I do??
