I'm 2nd pregnancy now im 28week twin pregnancy my internal os is open little 1.0cm an my cervix length is 2.3 so doctor told dat 15day one take prolaton depot 500mg injection and duvadilan10mg tablet for one month morning an night after eating and it's safe r any problem please let me know soon today My 2nd injection

Injection you have to continue but cervical length is small so chances of premature delivery.Better get done circlage operation under anaesthesia for prevention of pregnancy.
