Yes, veg sources act slowly as they have to convert to omega 3 by a chemical process.you can find HH omega alternatives as below. 1.Nuts:walnuts etc 2.Seeds: flax seeds, Chia seeds 3.Oils:flax seed oil, walnut oil,hempseed oil etc Also you can add to your diet Peanuts, butter, dairy products & soya milk.
