I have got a throat infection 15 days ago but now it is completely fine but now when I touch deep inside under my jaw I feel like something is moving when I press it.Its not visible but I feel it.Can it be swollen lymph node or salivary glands or something else.Also I feel same thing in left side as well but does not feel as fluently as of right side.Please help with the concern.I have attached a photo as well.

Yes,It could be Lymph node enlargement after your throat infection...which usually subsided in 2-4weeks. But If symptoms persist/worsens consult ENT specialist for further evaluation
