About late anomaly scan

I'm at 21 week's pregent I have done anomaly scan at 21 week's the reports was normal but  fetal pictures was not good enough due poor penetrations of scan waves due to High bmi... So dr told me to do the late anomaly scan and fetal echo at  24 weeks... Reports was normal but y Dr told me to do that again.....   I can feel moments also  ... I'm very worried about this..
