Hi Do help does does Accutane (isotretinoin) during lactation after 5 month of delivery effect baby...??? One of docter say it does pass in breast milk.. one say it may cause dry skin to baby... Do help.. taken medicine for 3 month... (Unaware of this medicine not taken in pregnancy)
