Hiii I saw the images. It  cud b  a eczema, or psoriasis or allergic contact dermatitis, or atopic dermatitis, I cannot come to a conclusion without examining. Also in any condition we have got new immunomodulator medicines that cam help an prevent the recurrence. You should see a dermatologist. Definitely this condition has cure.
