I run approx 5 km per day and approx 10 km brisk walk since 02 months  daily. At about morning after 1 hr of approx 6 brisk walk and 1.5 km run, I have done a creatinine and urine test. Creatinine is 1.3 and urine protine (+). Is it due to running or exercise. My urine colour is also yellow at that time. Pls suggest

Exertion can cause proteinuria. High creatinine can be due to exercise and high muscle mass. Better to check for spot urine, albumin to creatinine ratio in early morning sample without exertion or exercise
