About cough

Interesting fact My bp In suprine 110/80 Sittiing 122/78 Standing 120/80 I have cough When I cough my systolic BP goes up 180/190 for fraction of second(1/2 sec)(stay 1/2 sec) and comes back normal. I recored using sphygmomanometer while coughing. Loading cuff at 180 mm hg . Is this normal or pathology?

You should move around near a hospital corridor and when you cough you should tell the Resident Doctors there to admit you and put you on ventilator for fraction of a second .  After fraction of a second you should ask for being discharged from the hospital because by that time your BP would have come down. This is what you have written . Don't you feel like laughing by reading your own question ?
