Do condoms    break really often?  May I still get pregnant if my partner uses   one during sex? How do I know if I   got pregnant accidentally? How to stop the pregnancy?

Condoms do have High failure rates. Yes u can get pregnant even with condom. First sign of pregnancy will be missing your periods
