About Baby's Immunity

Dear Doctor I have got opinion from few saying baby below 12 months should have contact with muddy surfaces in order to improve their immune system But few others insists me to clean floor with mop on daily basis as baby will lick the surfaces and should be cautious in taking care of baby to be hygienic atleast for an year since child birth Please advise

Maintain your hygiene through Washing hand , clean floor with water only Clean clothes But also take your child to outside for outdoor games.
