My one month old baby stretches (angdai) and grunts a lot while sleeping or waking up or after feeding..he is on breast milk and also lactogen formula due to less breast milk m.is it normal???

It is common at this age especially after formula. Please avoid formula if possible. Please meet a lactation consultant for guidance. No need to treat if baby is not crying. If it's too much give colic drops like carmicide drops 5 drops upto thrice a day for 2 days
