I have done ct angiography on 01/01/2021. Was negative. Done due to st chnages in ecg . Echo was normal. Recently done echo -n Tmt-mildly positive. Episodic hypertension. Normal home bp. 24 hrs abpm normal. Lipids mild triglyceride high LDL 98 . HdL-37 Symptoms -pain in left hand and back.not exersional. What should I do ? Do I need angiogram repeat? Plz help me anyone 🥺
