Hi Doctor, We just confirmed the pregnancy. Though we are happy this is unexpected due to multiple circumstances. We have a kid at 3 years. My spouse has hernia condition and weighs 43kgs. She is in a stressful work currently and we both think the second birth and pragnancy period would be so complected. Can we go for.safe abortion? Beyond thinking on humanity and love?
