Is continuous bleeding since one month a sign of natural abortion or incomplete abortion ? Am i still pregnant if i had incomplete abortion?

Bleeding in early pregnancy can be compromising the pregnancy and hence it is important to do an usg to check for fetal well being.please see a gynecologist
