Is surgical abortion needed for early pregnancy? Because Medical abortion not compartly work in my case.it destroyed but not aborted properly How we know that madical abortion does not worked properly. Its being only 10-12 days of her pregnancy Is ultra sound tell clearly that madical abortion done correctly or not

medical abortion some times does not work even in good hands. that is the reason u have to go to doctor have their follow up. if it is incomplete as determined by ultrasound u have to go thru surgical method. so it is essential u trust ur doctor do not take medicine in your hand.
