I want to know after skip my period when I have to take abortion pills. Is there any side effect of abortion pill?

If you skip your periods do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine . If it is positive you need to get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and and gestational sac
