Hello Abortion pills are to be taken in early pregnancy under doctor's guidance and after getting investigated like Hb , blood group , USG to exclude an ectopic pregnancy Pills may cause excessive bleeding sometimes so doctor who gives takes care , do not buy OTC Thanks
