After taking misoprostol .one week later I do pregnancy test at home and my result is negative.that means.my abortion is successfully completed.but I still feel some symptoms like tiredness, dizziness, weakness,low temperature ,body pain as like in pregnancy time.what does it mean Plz recommend any tablet
