First for confirmation of pregnancy do pregnancy test.If urine test is negative then do blood test it is Bhcg.If Bhcg is negative then confirmed no pregnancy.Consult to gynecologist and take her opinion.

First do a urine pregnancy test by kit at home after thar if positive consult a gynaecologist near you for clinical examination and ultrasound and after that further medications can be given for medical termination of pregnancy if she s less than 8 weeks pregnant
