Abnormalities in liver function

Without any symptoms i have done lft which shows following results Pt-15 second Inr-1.5 Sgpt-92 Sgot-58 Total bilburin-1.2 Direct bilburin- 0.4 Indirect bilburin-.89 Alkaline phosphate-140 Platelets-1.47 lac I have met gastro who advised me to not take alcohol and take CIRROSAM 400 AND URSODEOXYCHOLIC ACID TABLETS WITH VITAMIN B1 . is there any seriousness of the issue? Doctor not advised any ultrasound and sonography Is it reversible ? Pls advise? I m moderate drinker as twice in week but in heavy amount My BMI IS 25 .2 PLS SUGGEST

You need a sonography of liver for liver size and echotexture and a liver fibroscan done to rule out underlying liver parenchymal disease in view of high INR and marginally low platelets. Also check your serum albumin levels, HBsAg and Anti HCV test. Complete abstinence from alcohol and follow medications as advised.
