Abnormalities in lft

Sir during routine checkup of body i got following results as Sgpt-92 Sgot -53 Bilburin-1.2 Pt-15 second Inr-1.15 Platelets-1.47 lac After meeting gastroenterologist he advised cirrosam -400 and udiliv 300 with vitamin b1 and vitamin e for one month and he also did endoscopy in which he found normal results. In review lft results are normal and platelets count 2.3 lac and in fibroscan i got following results- Liver stiffness-5.1 kpa Velocity-1.3 Liver eqi-16.7 % Spleen size-8.4 Liver size-16 cm Portal vein -8.6 Liver is mildy enraged with mild to moderate incresed echostructure and smooth surface. What is this condition? Is it chronic disease? Is there anything to do further? Bmi -24.2 Binge Alcoholic Is there anything serious or should i continue as advised by doctor what is this condition??

There is no evidence of chronic liver disease. Avoid alcohol intake for a few weeks. U had Mild Hepatitis there could be a number of reasons which can cause this. U need to get checked for diabetes, hepatitis b virus or c virus. Also lipid profile to assess for metabolic syndrome. Repeat LFT after 2 weeks and review.
