I have headaches frequently and red rash on the upper part of mouth (soft palate). My period is unuslly light and I have slight pains here and there on my breath but nothing serious at all . I think it’s because I’m menstrating. But the headaches, rash and the light period is what concerns me.

dont worry headaches and rashes are common because of the weather and you are menstruating too. as long as you dont have a fever associated you are fine
