Yellow (occasionally just white), thick, smelly vaginal discharge for several years. More during day. Smells ?fish hard to tell but offensive, can smell when sitting normally. Tried BV PV tubes, little improvement and comes back with maintenance doses. Also been on abx for acne and anti-fungals for nail, no change. No dryness/itchiness/pain. 1 sexual partner now, v infrequent sex, 1 partner in past, both male neither have known problems. No other pmh, no meds.
