Abnormal lft

I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver via ultrasound in November of 2019. Since then I have changed diet and changed to active lifestyle and stopped alcohol use. I have done a total for 4 lft since 7 months. In December lft sgot/pt 34/45. In January lft sgot/pt 38.4/67.1. In March lft sgot/pt 36/49. In June lft sgot/pt 41/53. (A/G ratio is 1.0) . Rest of the lft is normal in all the reports. Is my fatty liver getting better or getting worse? Do I need to change anything else in my diet? I am worried. I have constant ruq discomfort which is persistent from 7 months. Rest of the lft is normal in all the reports.
