He has low platelet count that being the only significant abnormality. You can safely disregard all other out-of-normal-range bold figures or so called abnormal values.
Low platelet count can happen because of any viral fever or it could be dengue/malaria. Because Hb and TLC are normal, it is slightly reassuring. But low platelet count warrants further monitoring and work up.

Monitor platelet counts atleast once a day. Do dengue panel and malaria card test.
