Abnormal counts in CBC

My friend, Arun Pandey had mild fever for few days. Then he went for CBC test. I have attached his pathology report. Please check attached report and suggest what might be the health issue with him. Thanks.

He has low platelet count that being the only significant abnormality. You can safely disregard all other out-of-normal-range bold figures or so called abnormal values. Low platelet count can happen because of any viral fever or it could be dengue/malaria. Because Hb and TLC are normal, it is slightly reassuring. But low platelet count warrants further monitoring and work up.
Next Steps
Monitor platelet counts atleast once a day. Do dengue panel and malaria card test.
Health Tips
Watch out for bleeding gums, reddish spots in the skin and blood in urine or motion. If any of these occur, seek immediate medical attention
