Hi, the details provided are not sufficient. How long is this going on? When you say she wants to go to her house,  what does that mean?  Is she having hallucinations about where she is? If this happens more after dark,  it could  be that she has a cataract which causes her to have these hallucinations. This may be the beginning  of Dementia, keeping in mind the age of the patient.  You say she also gets hyper and physically too active,  do you mean to say that she gets aggressive occasionally. If yes,  this also points to Dementia.  What about her memory  and day time  functioning? Does she forgets what she has eaten,  what day it is etc.. What about concurrent illness like diabetes,  hypertension? A detailed evaluation by a Psychiatrist will be necessary  to make a correct diagnosis.  Please consult a Psychiatrist even if patient is unwilling or cannot go to the doctor.  Any family member can visit the doctor and give details.  The Psychiatrist can then decide on the diagnosis and treatment plan.  Medication for Dementia will help stall the deterioration or progress of the illness and also symptom control,  where she won't get hyper or aggressive.  Hope this helps,  All the Best!
