Abnormal attitude @home

She is behaving n smilling like a special child sometimes @home with family members but in school is a very active girl. She does urine n potty in underware only n she controls for 1/2 day but doesn't go to wash room. Daily she wets bed twice in the night if we take her forcefully to washroom in the night time; she doesn't do it. She does potty once in 3 to 4 days. Please suggest us in making her healthy n active girl in all aspects.

Probably she is not happy wd some situations.. or issues... which she does not disclose to u..  which in turn causes some neurotransmitter imbalance ...

It appears there is some real problem. It could be related to your family circumstances and relationship dynamics. She appears to be disturbed. She could also be mentally challenged. Please take her to a psychiatrist who will examine her and advise you accordingly

As her age is 10 years, I would suggest consult her paediatrician first and investigate about her potty n tribe problem.... He may consult gastroenterologist if he needs. But there are many physical reasons to this problem. If all reasons are ruled out then definitely psychiatrist will home into picture. Night time wetting is common in girls if they r under stress n not confident. Her IQ we will Hv to assess. Hope this is fine to start with...
