Abdominal strain, tailbone paib

I've been lifting weights at home for over 1 and a half years now, i do it by watching youtube videos. i keep on increasing weights too after some weeks. at the moment i use a 5 kg ankle weight each leg and resistance band and also use a 7.5 kg dumbbell. I've noticed since the time i've started doing weights, i've been experiencing a variety of different lower body problems, which could be probably owing to the fact that my posture is wrong. At the moment, i feel like my left and right side of tailbone pains and also recently i'm having the right lower abdomen spasms every few hours. Do you think this problem could be due to lifting weights wrong? I do an exercise where i lift 7.5 kg dumbbell in the form of side leg raises lying down.

You should go to gym, you need experienced trainner, never do anything by seeing in YouTube, Because weight amount & posture maintenance is very important which can only identify by experienced gym trainner. If pain, spasm, weakness increase consult with nearest physiotherapist as soon as possible

Lifting 7.5 kg for side leg raise is not advisable. You should stop the exercises. You should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Yes while performing the exercises if the posture is wrong you may face different types of pain and later that will grow into severe soft tissues injury. suggest you to visit physiotherapy clinic and get diagnosed personally. Depending on the condition you will be guided with proper exercises and poasure.
