Hello. I think you are suffering from Acute Gastritis which means Acidity & inflammation of the lining of your stomach most probably. But you didn't mentioned the exact area on the rt.side like upper, middle or lower. I think you should have a Ultrasound Whole abdomen to Rule out Gall bladder stones, kidney stones,  acute appendicitis or any enlarged liver etc. Kindly come to practo chat for your evaluation and treatment part.
