Abdominal pain near naval

Recently i have done colonoscopy and the report is normal .ct scan report shows loaded colon,no other annormalities are noticed.endoscopy shows antral gastritis.. I also have a problem of constipation from a long 9 months. Atpresent my problem is i have a pain near and around naval area right and left side regularly..what is the cause of this pIn?is this indicates any small bowel problem??is it serious?what can i do now?as i have performed almost all tests but no cure of this naval area pain..please guide me what can i do now.

Chronic constipation for a long time and mild bowel infection can cause pain in left Lower side of of the abdomen. Naval pain can be non specific, need to rule out smal umbilical hernia.
