Hi there I am having some abdominal pain and cramping towards the left side, pretty severe. It has been about 20 hours now, I have tried a heat pack, Advil, stretching. I have gone to the washroom normally & am not expecting a period for another 2 weeks and the pain is similar to menstrual cramps. I am also nauseous and a bit dizzy but am also experiencing other pain due to having rheumatoid arthritis which often makes me nauseous if I’m having a flare up.
