Myself sindhu I am getting nausea , abdominal cramps , not able to eat food from 3 days . I am having appetite but not able eat food . My stomach boating feeling more tired and weak . When I see food I am feeling vomit sensation . What would be a reason and what can be done for emergency in home .

Could be infection of intestines.. can take a course of tab ornof twice daily for 5 days along with antacid
