My nephew started feeling abdominal pain since yesterday afternoon and 4-5 vomits - 1. Emergency Doc has given injections - EMESET, PANSEC, DROTIN, DICLOFENAC, BUSCOGAST, HYOSINE BUTYLBROMID. 2. In ultrasound says its "likely to be inflamed appendix. 3. Doc suggested immediate surgery. can it be cured without surgery?

It can be cured without surgery and in fact data suggest medical management is equally good in few recent studies. But surgery is time proven treatment in acute appendicitis.
