My daughter is 11 year old and is having abdominal pain since yesterday.please suggest some medicine and advise.

Needs complete evaluation sir. Site of pain, whether passing stools Any fever associated with pain Can be simple spasm of muscle or even it can be acute appendicitis. Should be evaluated in person Take metal spas tab
