Abdominal pain

Lower abdominal pain and cramp persistent from last evening. Burning sensation at time of urinate. UTI history is there. Very difficult to stand and sit. Can't lie down straight.

According to your symptoms it looks like UTI again, suggest you to get a Urine Culture done and untill then drink plenty of water and take Syrup Citralka 1 tbsp in 1 glass of water 3times a day, this will give you temporary relief.
